    If you've ever played a sport then you were taught by a coach. A coach is someone who helps guide you, spots any personal strengths/weaknesses, and encourages you through times of uncertainty to keep moving forward so that the team's goals can be achieved. The majority of sports are group activities, so that means that individual members must sometimes put their own goals aside and, instead, choose to prioritize their goals for the betterment of the entire team.

Similarly, a photographer can be thought of as like a coach who helps their couples, models, etc be the best they can be through spotting any strengths and weaknesses in front of the camera, guiding clients to help them look their absolute best, and make clients realize their goal of obtaining photographs of an event or session that will be remembered for a lifetime. 

In sports, winning is about more than merely scoring goals; rather, it's about working hard with your team to learn, grow, and accomplish things together. In the same way, working with a photographer is like working with a coach and teammate who -- not only merely produces photographs -- will become a member of your team to work hard alongside with you to produce the same rush of excitement as when a sports team wins a championship game.
